In Te Maunga we did food for thought. I learnt about how much sugar food had in them and how much sodium and fiber and also the fat total we learnt about how healthy it was and if it was good for you I learnt that weet bixs keep you fuller for longer and coco pops have 32.4g of sugar. I enjoyed playing kahoot and going to the four square. I enjoyed learning about how to read how much sugar and fat total food have on them.
